The Couloir Bleu on Lincoln features Paul Kowelewski's hommage to the clear light of surrealism and in particular, Salvador Dali. Seeking "the unusual" through intense color, bold patterns and eye catching abstractions of figures and faces, Paul has a story about his own dadaist path to art on his website, www.dadaobscura.com. The background is worth checking out, but the paintings themselves are quite arresting and well worth a stroll through the Couloir Bleu. Imagining Lady Gaga with Dali is not such a stretch ...
